ContactLensesWeb.com agrees to supply you with contact lenses only in accordance with the details contained in the Order Form and your latest contact lens specification supplied by you to 1-Save-On-Lens in pursuant to this agreement.
No responsibility can be accepted by ContactLensesWeb.com should a customer not informing ContactLensesWeb.com that the customer has been advised to stop wearing contact lenses by an eye care or medical practitioner and has, within the last 12 months, suffered from any eye related condition requiring treatment.
No responsibility can be accepted by ContactLensesWeb.com for a customer's lack of suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed in the specification provided by the customer, or for the customer overall suitability to wear contact lenses.
